THE COUNTY OF DEVON (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION) (ROAD FROM HIGHER LONGFORD TO MERRIVALE BRIDGE, MERRIVALE) NOTICE 2024
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC
DEVON COUNTY COUNCIL hereby give NOTICE that:
From WEDNESDAY 31 JANUARY 2024
for a maximum of 5 days
Until FRIDAY 2 FEBRUARY 2024 (both dates inclusive)
No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads.
Roads affected -
ROAD FROM HIGHER LONGFORD TO MERRIVALE BRIDGE, MERRIVALE
The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - B3357 - B3212 - A386 - A390 DRAKES VILLAS - FORD STREET - CHAPEL STREET - PLYMOUTH ROAD - WEST AVENUE - A386 - B3357
This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable -
RESURFACING WORKS
The official diversion route is via Tavistock and Yelverton - but those with local knowledge and smaller vehicles may know of other routes - but please be aware that these smaller roads are likely to be busier than normal during this period - so please take care.
